Coca-Cola (KO +0.2%) refutes an anonymous YouTube video that claimed the company is working on a beverage containing CBD extract for its Canada market.
Statement to Bloomberg:”These rumors are untrue. As we have stated many times, we have no plans to enter the CBD market.”
Last year, Coca-Cola said it was looking at the cannabis drink market. A Bloomberg report around that time suggested the company was in talks with Aurora Cannabis to make the drinks.
