MASON CITY, Iowa – A man facing a variety of drug charges is changing his plea.
Jordan Mitchell Rosenberg, 24 of Mason City, pleaded guilty Monday to possession with intent to deliver marijuana wax and possession of LSD. Charges of possession with intent to deliver marijuana oil, possession of psilocybin mushrooms, and failure to use a drug tax stamp will likely be dismissed.
Authorities say they searched Rosenberg’s home in August 2019 and found four ounces of marijuana wax, 9 tetrahydrocannabinol oil vaporizer cartridges, two grams of psilocybin mushrooms, two hits of LSD, and scales and packing materials.
Rosenberg is due to be sentenced on March 9.
