USDA Says Some Rules On Hemp THC Testing Could Change – Law360

Law360 (February 6, 2020, 7:03 PM EST) — U.S. Department of Agriculture officials told reporters Thursday that they are considering some changes to the agency’s initial hemp regulations, but they can’t address the industry’s biggest concerns about how THC levels are measured.
