Man arrested after police seize LSD, marijuana wax and THC from a north Fargo home – INFORUM

FARGO — A Fargo man is now in police custody after authorities searched a home and seized large amounts of drugs on Nov. 3, according to police.

The Fargo Police Department’s Narcotic’s Unit, along with the Cass County Drug Task Force, served a search warrant for a home at 743 Oak St. N. where they found 234 hits of LSD, marijuana wax, THC vape cartridges, $3,600 in cash and a .45 caliber rifle, police said.

Authorities also arrested 29-year-old Jacob Wishinsky of Fargo for possession with intent to manufacture or deliver LSD, possession of marijuana max and possession of marijuana, according to the Fargo police’s press release.

The Fargo Police Department’s Narcotic’s Unit said tips from the community often help lead to arrests and seizures like this one.

Wishinsky appeared in court Nov. 5 for an arraignment where bail was set at $20,000. He did bond out that same day.

His next scheduled court appearance is on Dec. 3.
