Law360 (March 26, 2021, 11:20 PM EDT) — Health supplements company Total Life Changes LLC has asked a Minnesota federal judge to toss a customer’s proposed class action alleging its herbal tea caused her to fail a drug test and lose her job, contending that she’d asked for injunctive relief in a state she doesn’t even live in anymore.
