A 19 year old was also arrested on charges of possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. The Johnson County Prosecutor’s Office will decide what, if any, charges to file.

Both were arrested during a warrant search June 22 in the 400 block of East Park Drive, Edinburgh. Two other adults who were at the home when the warrant was served were not found to be in possession of drugs and were not arrested.

The 19 year old answered the door and directed officers to the areas of the home where the drugs were kept, according to charging documents filed in Johnson County Superior Court 3.

Police found 5.5 pounds of marijuana plant material, 104 individually packaged THC gummies, 64 THC vape pen cartridges and various paraphernalia items, all belonging to Miller, according to court documents.

Miller told police he bought the drugs in Colorado to resell in Indiana, court documents show.

Among Miller’s possessions, police also found a handgun with a serial number that matches a gun that was reported stolen in St. Louis, according to court documents.

Several people reported strong reactions to gummies that were traced back to Miller, said Doyne Little, Edinburgh’s police chief.
