Dawn Marie Maloney is an Erie native who suffers from severe anxiety. Maloney was unable to get access to legal marijuana previously, so she uses black market marijuana and THC vape pens to deal with her diagnosis. She says the anxiety medication prescribed by doctor’s impacts her body negatively. Maloney is hoping that getting into this program will her medicate her anxiety in a safe manner.
